shipping
Orders will ship the same day as long as orders are placed before 3pm. If orders are placed after 3pm, there are no guarantees it will ship the same day, but it will definitely ship out the next business day.

Once orders are shipped, customers will be updated with tracking numbers via email.
Returns
All sales are final so please be sure when placing your order. If you have any issues once you receive the item, definitely reach out to us @ privilegedimagebeauty@gmail.com so we can assist as best as possible.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase. You can exchange your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged

Items must have and be returned in original packaging

Items must have no visible signs of wear or use

The item new item(s) must be of equal value to the original order. If not a store credit or a balance will be applied
To Initiate Exchange

Include the item(s) you wish to exchange from your order and what you'd like to exchange with

Send all items back to us using the label provided
